  They would receive ZERO stars if Google would allow. This company has no backbone for honesty or ethics. Look elsewhere, and believe me - there are numerous other insurance companies offering the commercial coverage we need at a better price AND better service. Filed a BBB complaint. The company has not even bothered to respond to the BBB complaint, nor bothered to return any of the polite voicemails I have left them before & after filing the BBB complaint. Was insured by Transportation Insurors from 3-29-17 through 8-31-17. Strike 1: I traded in my truck and purchased a new truck on July 24th 2017. Called on the day I signed papers and took delivery. They gave me the new monthly premium going forward and on the next payment to include the pro-rated amount given to me on the phone. Made payment same day, and though okay good to go. I then receive a Notice of Cancellation stating I am delinquent on my payments by less than $10. Long story short here: their employees do not have the competency to do their jobs correctly and gave me the incorrect monthly premium on the phone...so I had to pay a $25 re-instatement fee because of their mistake. Strike 2: I called in August to notify them that I would like to cancel my insurance effective on August 31st 2017. I had explained to the person I spoke with that I will be leasing onto a different carrier beginning September 1st 2017, and they require me to obtain my insurance through the same company they are using. I was told that my deposit/bond will be refunded in approximately 3-4 weeks after my policy is cancelled. Be aware that Transportation Insurors requires a deposit/bond equal to a months premiums that they hold onto (for no useful reason whatsoever). Throughout September I received 4 notices - 1-Cancelled Flat, 2-Cancelled due to delinquency, 3-Cancelled Flat, 4-Cancelled due to delinquency. So I received 2 notices that my policy has been cancelled at my request, yet receive 2 other notices that my policy has been cancelled due to delinquent payment. I phoned them to ask why this is messed up and was told that their system shows the policy has never been cancelled and that I am delinquent and will not be receiving my deposit/bond. Then throughout October, I receive the same 4 notices again, all with October dates. Bottom line: this is a poor company. They do not admit to any mistakes they make or desire to correct them properly, and won't even respond to a BBB complaint? That should speak for itself. I get that a business is not required to be BBB registered, but when they choose to ignore your complaint/concern entirely when trying to interact with them directly or via the BBB (whether registered or not), that is a POOR & INADEQUATE business.
